English: This terra-cotta clad building at the Northwest corner of Pike Street and Minor Avenue was designed by Louis Svarz and constructed in 1920 for the Greater Motors Corporation for use as an automobile show room. For many years it was Seattle Packard's dealership. The plain-brick annex facing Minor Avenue was added by them in 1926. It was for years home to an arts supply store before being purchased in 2014 by Starbucks and converted into their reserve roastery and tasting room.
