The Star Building in Christchurch, formerly known as the Lyttelton Times Building, was built for the Lyttelton Times in 1884. The newspaper had occupied the site since the 1860s. It is registered as a Category II heritage building with the NZHPT, with the registration number 3731. The building, according to a photo published in The Press (3 September 2011; page A22), has been demolished.
