English: Around 1992 Staples took an old somewhat beat up looking warehouse, at the corner of Berkeley and Front, spruced up the facade, maybe the interior, too, punched a bunch of windows, and turned it into a store, that operated for close to 30 years. It was closed in late 2021, and demolished in early 2022. It was to become both the site of a station on the Ontario Line, and the location of the launch shaft for one set of the route's tunnel boring machines.
