Vladimír Silovký (, Liban - , Prague) was a Czech painter, graphic artist and educationalist.
He was among others 1958-1961 Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.
The artist is seen as representant of the so-called "Czech social graphic" (Czech statement) and the "Critical Realism" of the Czech character.
He was a scholar of Max Svabinsky.
