Franz Rotter (*27.10.1910, then Komorn (Hungary), †06.09.1989, Cuxhafen (Germany)) was a German painter, sculptor, graphic artist, and Professor at the "Kunstgewerbeschule Prag" (until 1948). As internee he went 1948 to Cuxhafen (Germany) where he lived to his death.
