English: St. James By-The-Sea Episcopal Church is located at 743 Prospect Street in La Jolla, San Diego, California. The congregation's original church was built on this site in 1907-1908 as the Mission church of St. James. A bell tower was added in 1928-30, and was designed by Louis Gill in the Spanish Colonial Revival style. In 1929, the sanctuary building was moved 6 blocks away, and still stands as the La Jolla Christian Fellowship. The current sanctuary was dedicated in 1930. (Source: Church website).
