English: The Spring House is a stone spring house structure along Capon Springs Run at Capon Springs and Farms resort in Capon Springs in the U.S. state of West Virginia. The Spring House was built in the 1920s on the site of an earlier spring house. The Spring House is a contributing property within the Capon Springs Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places on November 12, 1993.
