Category:Soviet transistors by model number

Notes on nomenclature:

• The actual model numbers use the Cyrillic alphabet (e.g. П for P, or ГТ for GT)
• For improved versions of older transistors, the letter M was added at the beginning of the model number (e.g. MP if derived from P, MGT if derived from GT). These improved transistors are categorized here under the original model (P and GT, respectively).
• Military versions of transistors (e.g. extended temperature range and reliability) have the numbers 1 or 2 instead of the letters G or K, respectively, at the beginning. Here 1T transistors are categorized under GT and 2T under KT.
• For newer devices, the letter S (С for сборка) as the third letter indicates multiple transistors in one package.
