The Soldiers Memorial Hall, Moore, Queensland, was constructed by the community of Moore to honour those young men of the district who had served in the First World War. Since its opening in 1922 it has served, amongst other things, as community hall, cinema, theatre, market venue, art gallery and emergency accommodation for flood-bound travelers. The hall remains a community owned venue, one of the few in Queensland.
