English: Images and media pertaining to the Silver Larch railcar. The Budd Company built #401 Silver Larch in 1948-1949 for the CB&Q as part of the original California Zephyr. It was built as a 16-section sleeping car; it was rebuilt as a 48-seat coach in 1964 and renumbered #4743.
