The building at 249 West 17th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was used as a warehouse and wagon house for the Siegel Cooper department store on Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas). It was built in 1902 and designed by DeLemos & Cordes. {Source: [1]} The building goes through to 18th Street, where the address is 238 West 18th Street. It is occupied by CO-OP Barney's.
