English: The Seril Dodge House at 10 Thomas Street in the College Hill neighborhood of Providence, Island, was built in 1786 by Seril Dodge, a silversmith and clockmaker. The family lived there briefly before they moved next door to 11 Thomas Street. The interior of the house was redone in 1791, and the building was raised one story above street level in 1906 and a Colonial Revival storefront was added. It is now owned by the Providence Art Club, which renovated it for gallery space and storage. (Source: Guide to Providence Architecture)

Note: Not to be confused with the later (1791) Seril Dodge House next door at 11 Thomas Street, now the headquarters of the Providence Art Club.
