English: The second Salle du Palais-Royal, a former theatre in Paris, France, was located adjacent to the east wing of the Palais-Royal and faced the rue Saint-Honoré. It was built for the municipality of Paris by the architect Pierre-Louis Moreau-Desproux after the first theatre at this location was destroyed by fire in 1763 (see Category:Première salle du Palais-Royal). The theatre is also sometimes referred to as the Moreau opera house, since it was the home of the Paris Opera from 20 January 1770 to 8 June 1781, when it was destroyed by fire.
