- 1929 Scuderia Ferrari established (Alfa Romeo racing team), headquarter in 11 Viale Trento e Trieste, Modena, renamed from Viale Ciro Menotti in 1933). Also selling Alfa Romeo
- 1938 no more Alfa, build tools and aircraft components, 1940 Auto Avio (automobile), 1943? factory moved to Maranello, outside of Modena
- 1947 Ferrari automobile production established. Viale Trento becomes the Customer Department.
- 1960/70 Viale Trento modernized ... Gaetano Florini (d. 1993) was manager in 1970s/80s.
- 1987 Viale Trento offices demolished,
- 1992 replaced with the "Garage Ferrari" parking garage (later demolished, too)
