English: The building at 320 Broadway at the corner of Spring Street in Congress Park, Saratoga Springs, New York, was built in 1950 as the new Saratoga Sprtings Pubklic Library, the building of which had been approved by the voters in 1945. The library moved out in 1995, and the building became The Arts Center of Saratoga Arts in 1997. (Sources: [1], [2])
