Saltoro Valley is the valley of the Saltoro River, a tributary to the Hushe River. Saltoro River is the name of the river that runs from the conluence of Kondus and Dapsang Rivers. It separates the Karakoram mountain ranges Masherbrum Mountains in the north from the Saltoro Mountains in the south.
