The Salford tiger is a vintage taxidermy-mounted tiger (Panthera tigris). This tiger skin of unknown origin was originally mounted in 1914 by Harry Ferris Brazenor (1863–1948), son of taxidermist Robert Wilding Brazenor.

The mounted tiger was obtained by Leeds Museum from Salford Museum and Art Gallery in 1982, and was extensively repaired and conserved by taxidermist James Dickinson (taxidermist) around 2008. From 2008 the Salford tiger has been on permanent display in Leeds City Museum, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England.

Note: Regarding the photographs taken on 17 June 2021: The pervasive reflections on the glass could not be avoided by the camera, so the images were all edited to use those reflections to indicate the museum context. Some intentional blurring was used to enhance the natural-movement effect of the posed animal, which appears to be walking and moving its head and tail.
