Saif Baidya is an Indian film director and film producer, predominantly working in Hindi cinema. Saif Baidya began his first short film "a teenage year" and for this he won a national youth film award for best film. And Kali-Bari, Ittar and Overdose are officially selected in 7th Dada Sahab Phalke Film Festival 2017. And won three special festival mention award at Dadasahab Phalke Award 2017.
Saif Baidya (Bengali: সাইফ বৈদ্য ; is an Indian short film director, editor, producer and screenwriter who predominantly works in Hindi short cinema. They came to the limelight after directing their first Short film Teenage year (2013) which was a critical success. They has made eight films, as of December 2016: The Professor, Overdose, khanki, Bibhrama, Ittar, Victim, Speechless, My Mother and Kali-Bari. Their films have mostly garnered positive reviews from critics, and great audience response. Their fifth film Teenage year won Youth national awards at (2013). They has won the Youth National Film Award for Best Director and Best Original Screenplay for his fifth film Teenage year at India's Youth National Film Awards. Their three film Overdose, Ittar and Kali-Bari became an official selection at 7th Dada sahib Phalke Film Festivals; in 2017.
