- SOHO Factory Warsaw is a redevelopment project at an 8 hectar area between Mińska and Żupicza streets in Warsaw Praga-Południe (Kamionek). The complex will include apartment houses, offices, restaurants, stores, galleries and multifunctional locations for cultural or event activities and will integrate structures from former factories at this area (jute, ammunition, motorbikes). Part of the project is the Neon museum (eventually to be moved), the apartment houses "P&O Apartments Soho Factory" and "Soho Factory by Yareal", and the restaurant Warszawa Wschodnia.*
