English: In the middle ages the streets Raphael and Chènebouterie were a privilegied axis leading from the lower town to the area of the cathedral quarter. From the 13th century, on St Raphael street were established many renowned goldsmith, while the street Chèneboterie regrouped cordage and hemp canvas shops. From 14 to 17 century, here can find the Consulate who manage the civil administration of the city.
Español: En la Edad Media, las calles Raphael y Chènebouterie eran un eje previlegiado que iba desde la ciudad baja al barrio de la Catedral. Desde el siglo 13, calle San Rafael se establecieron muchos orfebre renombrados, mientras que en la calle Chèneboterie reagruparaban tiendas de cordelería y comercios de tela de cáñamo. Del 14 al 17 siglo, se encontraba el Consulado que dirigía la administración civil de la ciudad.

Du 14 au 17 siècle, on y trouvera le Consulat qui gérait l'administration civile de la cité.
