עברית: רובע המע"ר הוא רובע מרכז עסקים ראשי באשדוד, עיר מתוכננת במישור החוף הדרומי של ישראל. התכנון העירוני של אשדוד (המתאפיין באיזור) כולל 17 שכונות מגורים נפרדות (או "רבעים") ו-4 שכונות הבנויות בעירוב שימושים, כאשר רוב השכונות קרויות אחר ספרות עבריות. רובע המע"ר נכלל ברובע הקריה ("הסיטי"), לצד קריית התרבות ע"ש צבי צילקר.

English: Rova HaMa'ar is a central business district in Ashdod, a planned community on Israel's southern coast. Ashdod's urban design (notable for its zoning) incorporates 17 distinct residential quarters (R'vaim – plural for Rova) and 4 built around mixed-use development, mostly marked in Hebrew numerals. The Ma'ar is one part of the the main quarter of the Quarters of Ashdod, HaKirya (The City), alongside the Zvi Zilker Campus.
