Please do not upload the lion head roundel that was adopted by the Republic of Singapore Air Force in 1990. The lion head symbol appearing in the roundel was created in 1986 by the Government of Singapore which therefore owns the copyright in it, and in Singapore there is no rule that works by the Government are in the public domain: see "Commons:Copyright rules by territory – Singapore Government works". The symbol will only enter the public domain 70 years after the end of the calendar year in which the work was made, that is, on 1 January 2057.
