English: The Roslyn cemetery complex consists of a 19 acres of cemeteries (sources variously say 25 to 27 cemeteries, and roughly 5000 graves) clustered on the edge of Roslyn, Washington. Besides a new and old city cemetery, a county cemetery, and a veterans cemetery, the others are each associated with a particular ethnicity and/or fraternal organization. The oldest is the old city cemetery, established by the Northern Pacific Coal Company: Roslyn was initially a company town. Its oldest grave dates from 1887, and it has been a city cemetery since 1926.
