Rose Brothers Ltd. was a company in Gainsborough (Lincolnshire) founded in the 1880s as a manufacturer of packaging machines. Between 1902 and 1907, the company built a small number of automobiles under the National brand name. Later, gun sights for marine application, gun shells for the British Army and synchronisation equipment for aircraft guns was added.

Development work for the Royal Air Force during World War II led into manufacturing of bearings, and aircraft parts. After 1960 the company was sold several times and ended as a part of the Baker, Perkins group in 1967.
