Riverside Stompers are an Austrian jazz band founded in 1989 by Wolfgang Straka. The group focuses on New Orleans jazz, Swing and Dixieland and always plays unplugged. The vocalist uses the band's passive megaphone. 2 CDs with early rarities of jazz appeared (in 1998 and 2002).

Instruments: (1st) cornet (Dieter Bietak) - (2nd) cornet or trumpet (Kurt Peyer) - clarinet (Thomas Kukula or Alwin B. Miller) - trombone (Wolfgang Straka; also vocalist) - piano (Roland Roger) - banjo (Peter Schwanzer) - tuba (Martin Stanzel) - drums (Franz Kantz).
