English: 92 Laight Street (left) also known as 416 Washington Street, and with a facing on West Street, combines a six story 19th century cast iron and masonry warehouse on Washington Street at Vestry Street with a modern building on Laight Street at West Street. Called the River Lofts, the older building was converted in 2003, and the new building constructed in 2004. Architects for the project were Thomas R. Jackson and Tsao & McKown (Washington Street) and Ismael Leyva (Laight Street) (Source: Street Easy and Dwellings NYC)
