English: River God Tyne is a bronze sculpture of the god of the River Tyne, by David Wynne, at the Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne. Mounted on the south wall between the circular Council Chamber and the rest of the complex, it is 4.8 metres high and weighs 2,880 kilograms. Part of the design is a flow of water from the elevated hand, around the body and down the hand or the supporting wall.
