Ring pull bottle caps, known also as lift-off bottle cap, lift-off cap, pull-off bottle cap, pull-off cap, ring pull cap. A bottle cap made from metal with a ring that is pulled to remove the cap from the bottle, in doing so opening the bottle. A ring pull bottle cap may be made from one piece or two pieces. Steel or aluminium metal are used for the cap. The ring is made from metal or plastic. Fitted inside a ring pull bottle cap is a liner material that is used to form a seal against the bottle mouth.
Brand names are, for example, RingCrown and RipCap.
