English: Built in 1903 as a reading room for Santa Fe Railroad employees at the Richmond Yard, it was later converted to a trainmaster's office. Disused in the early 1990s, it was purchased by the city and moved to Point Richmond around 2005. It was then restored and reused as a private business.
