Deutsch: Red Boy von Kenny Hunter stammt aus der Ausstellung „Blickachsen 6“ (2007),[1] war dort ein Publikumsmagnet und wurde anschließend durch die Stadt Bad Homburg erworben.
Während der Ausstellung stand dieser kleine Junge vor dem Kaiser Wilhelms Bad - gegenüber dem überlebensgroßen, mächtigen Kaiser Wilhelm. Das Kunstwerk war extra für diesen Ort angefertigt worden. Nach dem Ende der Ausstellung konnte es aber dort nicht bleiben und wurde der Skulpturenallee hinzugefügt.[2]
Ende April 2017 wurde die bronzene Statue am Bahnhof abgebaut und anschließend am Gotischen Haus aufgestellt. [3]English: The statue Red Boy was made by Kenny Hunter in 2007 for the exhibition "Blickachsen 6". The city of Bad Homburg bought it afterwards.
During the exhibition the statue, made from bronze, was placed in front of the Kaiser Wilhelms Bad. Afterwards the statue was placed in the Skulpturenallee, next to the train station.
