English: The neo-renaissance building at the Rantakatu 3 in the Pokkinen neighbourhood in Oulu has been designed by architect Hugo Neuman and it was completed in 1884. The building was expanded with a third floor in the 1920s. The building is used by the Department of Architecture of the University in Oulu.
Suomi: Uusrenesanssirakennus Rantakatu 4:ssä Oulussa on arkkitehti Hugo Neumanin suunnittelema ja se on valmistunut 1884. Taloa on laajennettu 1920-luvulla lisäämällä siihen kolmas kerros Pakkahuoneenkadun puolelle. Rakennus toimii Oulun yliopiston arkkitehtuurin osaston päärakennuksena.
