These ten-storey apartment buildings were designed by Raine Karp and were built in Tallinn, Narva and several other places in then-Soviet Estonia. They were supposedly based on Czechoslovak apartment building projects in mid-1960s. They were built around 1970-1976 before they were succeeded by 111-121 series.
Their exact designation is an enigma - in most cases they are being reffered to as Type 119 or EMK-series.
