 This tiara was made for the Queen in 1963 from a necklace that had belonged to Princess Louise of Belgium. The Queen purchased it specifically to create a tiara to complete the suite of jewelry made from Victorian-era sapphires George VI gave to her as a wedding gift. It is called a wide variety of names, there being apparently no consensus name.
