Afrikaans: Pretoriuskop is 'n ruskamp van die Nasionale Krugerwildtuin, naby Numbihek. Dit is vernoem na Willem Pretorius van Carel Trichardt se ekspedisie, wat om en by 1845 hier naby 25°09′42″S 31°13′53″E / 25.16167°S 31.23139°E / -25.16167; 31.23139 begrawe is. Ander meen egter dat dit na president M.W. Pretorius vernoem is wat na 'n reis by 'n nabye heuwel uitgespan het. Harry Wolhuter was die aangestelde wildwagter vanaf Augustus 1902, maar die ruskamp het in 1928 ontstaan.
English: Pretoriuskop is a rest camp of the Kruger National Park, situated near Numbi Gate. It was named for Willem Pretorius of Carel Trichardt's expedition who was buried nearby 25°09′42″S 31°13′53″E / 25.16167°S 31.23139°E / -25.16167; 31.23139, ca. 1845. Some however contend that it is named after president M.W. Pretorius who rested at a nearby hill after a journey. cf. Floors vd Wateren Harry Wolhuter was the appointed game ranger from August 1902, but the rest camp was built in 1928.
