English: LVK 123 is a Leyland bodied Leyland Titan PD2/1. Built in 1948, it was delivered new to Newcastle Corporation as their No. 123. It was delivered in the blue and cream livery in use at the time for motor buses - their trolley buses wearing the more familiar yellow and cream - but while the rest of the batch was being delivered, the decision was made to standardise the fleet on yellow. It was withdrawn in 1969, passing to Tyne & Wear County Council Museums. Restored to blue livery, it saw use in the 1977 transport centenary celebrations, and appeared at several rallies in the 80s, but appears to have gone into store by the 90s. At some point it was sold into private preservation, remaining in the north east, and seems to be undergoing another period of restoration as of the 2010s.
