509 YAT is a 1985 Plaxton Paramount 3200 bodied Bedford YNT coach. It was delivered new to France Coaches, Market Weighton, and last operated by Orkney Coaches, who sold it to a dealer in June 2009. It was purchased for preservation in the same year, and restored in the livery it last wore with Orkney Coaches, the Rapsons Group scheme, in order to preserve a livery that no longer exists. [1]
