Apolonia Johanna (Polly) Chapon-Meure (Haarlem, 23 oktober 1912 - Frankrijk, 16 augustus 2007) was een Nederlandse galeriehoudster, die in 1956 met Eva Bendien de Galerie Espace opende in het atelier van Jules Chapon. In die tijd was ze met hem getrouwd. In 1963 opende ze haar eigen galerie, Galerie Contour, te Brussel. (bronnen: [1], [2], [3])
