The Phanikeshwar Mahadev temple of Fingeshwar, also referred to as Fanikeshwar or Phanikeswarnath mandir, is a 14th century Shiva temple. It is about 18 kilometers east of Rajim and on the western bank of a seasonally dry tributary of Mahanadi river. The temple is one of the five holy Mahadeva temples of Rajim-Panchkoshiya parikrama pilgrimage for regional Hindus.

The Phanikeswar Mahadeva temple faces east. It has a square plan. There are two sanctums that share a mandapa with sixteen pillars. The Shiva linga Phanikeshwar Nath is located in the main temple's sanctum. Its doorway is flanked by Ganga and Yamuna. The outer walls of the sanctum have two bands of Hindu artwork. These include Kama, Artha and Dharma scenes, particularly from the Ramayana epic.
