English: The building now housing the Perenjori Visitors Centre & Pioneer Museum was constructed from 1935 for the Bank of New South Wales. The Shire of Perenjori acquired the building not long after the Bank (by then known as Westpac) moved to other premises in 1978. During the Bicentennial celebrations in 1988, the building was reopened as the Perenjori and District Pioneer Museum (located in the former residence) and the Shire Tourist Information Centre (located in the former banking chamber).
