English: Pears in a bottle of eau de vie. The pear in entered into the bottle when it is yet small. We let the pear growing inside the bottle. We cut the stem of the pear when the fruit is ripe.
Français : Poires dans une bouteille d'eau de vie. La poire est introduite dans la bouteille quand elle est encore toute petite. On laisse la poire grossir avec la bouteille en place. On coupe la tige de la poire quand le fruit est bien mur.
