Français : Paul Splingaerd (Bruxelles, 12 avril 1842 – Xi'an, Shaanxi, 26 septembre 1906) est un mandarin chinois de haut rang, d’origine belge, de la fin de la dynastie Qing.
Son nom officiel en Chine est Lin Fuchen (林辅臣) mais il est connu sous d’autres noms dont 斯普林格尔德 qui est la translittération en chinois de son nom belge.
