Main Wikipedia article: Paradise Valley Historic District.
Paradise Valley Historic District has been on the NRHP since December 24, 1992 The historic district roughly follows Valley Creek Road from U.S. Route 322 north to Ravine Road, near Marshallton, East Bradford Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. "Paradise" may be overstating it, but this is a nice "rural" area, enclosed in its own little valley by the creek. This old barn (looks like it's used as a house now) is right in the center of the district, just east of the creek on Harmony Hill Rd and Valley Creek Road.
