Nederlands: De drie graanpakhuizen Odessa, Rusland en Riga van de firma Dirk de Vries & Co. aan de Hoekstersingel werden in 1872 gebouwd en kregen in 1973 een nieuwe bestemming: centrum Woonvoordeel. In 1981 werden de pakhuizen door brand verwoest en gesloopt.
