Deutsch: Die Paech-Brotfabrik wurde 1906 von Friedrich Theodor Speckbötel für Wilhelm Nehlsen (Bäckerei Flügge) als Kieler Brotfabrik Wilh. Nehlsen und Sohn (auch Kieler Brot- und Gebäckfabrik genannt) gebaut und 1968 von der Firma Paech-Brot übernommen.
English: The Paech-Brotfabrik was built in 1906 by Friedrich Theodor Speckbötel for Wilhelm Nehlsen (bakery Flügge) as Kieler Brotfabrik Wilh. Nehlsen and Sohn (also called Kieler bread and pastry factory) and taken over in 1968 by the company Paech-Brot.
