Packard 901 is the designation for the smaller of the two Packard Standard Eights offered in the 9th series. In the 901 line, only one model was offered, a 5-passenger Sedan style #503. As such, it succeeded the 1931 Standard Eight 826, and was succeeded by the 1001.
9th series correlates with the prolongated 1932 model year.
