Otto Leitolf (* 28. April 1881 in Metz (Lothringen); † 20. Mai 1967 in Schleching; vollständiger Name: Otto Valentin Leitolf) war ein deutscher Architekt, der von 1919 bis 1945 Direktor der Meisterschule für Bauhandwerker (heute: Meisterschule für Steinmetzen und Steinbildhauer) in Aschaffenburg war.
