One NZ is a telecommunications company, owned by a consortium comprising Infratil Limited and Brookfield Asset Management Inc. Prior to being sold to the consortium, it was a subsidiary of the London-listed company Vodafone Plc. It is New Zealand's largest mobile phone operator and second biggest telecommunications company, based in Auckland. Vodafone New Zealand was formed in 1998, after Vodafone purchased BellSouth's New Zealand operations.
