English: The sixth generation Oldsmobile 88 was built from 1965 until 1970. The main models were called Oldsmobile Jetstar 88 (entry level), the mid range Dynamic 88, and the higher priced Delta 88. In 1965 only there was also the sporty Jetstar I and the interim Delta 88 Dynamic. For 1965 and 1966 the luxurious and sporting was also available. The Jetstar and Dynamic series were replaced by the Delmont 88 in 1967; this name was then retired without replacement after 1968. To fill perceived gaps in the range the better equipped Delta Custom was added for 1967 and the Delta Royale in 1969.
