English: Nikolai Afanasievich Teleshov (sometimes referred to as Nicolas de Telescheff; 1828—1895) was a Russian inventor and a businessman, an aviation pioneer, the designer of the first Russian project of an aircraft and of one of the world's first projects of a jet aircraft.
