The medrese was at the time "a poor wreck", but was a work by Sinan indeed (unlike a mosque with the same name, that is claimed to be by him). One can find pictures on the web of that wreck. It now is completely rebuilt. Note elsewhere in town there is a similarly named Koca Sinan Pasha Complex.
